An Post Women in Sport Booklet Promotion

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

In these terms and conditions:

“Eligible Entrant” means a customer who purchases a Women in Sport booklet via the Promoter’s online store, anpost.com/womeninsport during the Promotion Period. 

“Promotion” means the An Post Women in Sport Booklet Promotion.

“An Post” means a registered company in Ireland under number 98788 with a registered address at General Post Office, O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1.

“Promoter” means An Post. 

“Promotion Period” means 25 June 2026 to 9 July 2026 inclusive. 

“Prize” means two (2) tickets to the Katie Taylor event at Croke Park and a framed Katie Taylor First Day Cover and enlarged stamp. 

This Promotion consists of the Promoter giving away the Prize to one Eligible Entrant.  Entry to the Promotion is automatic when an Eligible Customer purchases a Women in Sport booklet via the Promoter’s online store during the Promotion Period.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of entry to this Promotion.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion, shall not be Eligible Entrants.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Croke Park or any boxing promoters.

Each completed online transaction during the Promotion Period will be treated as one entry into the Promotion.

Multiple transactions will result in multiple entries; however purchasing multiple Women in Sport  booklets within a single transaction counts as one entry only.

This Promotion will run from 25 June 2026 to 9 July 2026. The closing date for entries to the Promotion is 9 July 2026 at 6pm. This time and date is final. Any entries received after 6pm on this date will not be accepted for this Promotion.
 
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion with valid reason.
 
There will be no cash alternative for the Prize.
 
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the name of the winners may be displayed on the Promoter’s social pages following the conclusion of the Promotion. The winner of the Prize is deemed to have consented to the publication of their name by participating in the Promotion.

The Promotion winner may be requested to take part in Promotion activities and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the entry, name, photograph and value of prize paid to the winner. No remuneration will be associated with this activity.

The winner of this Promotion will be selected at random.
 
The winners of the Promotion will be chosen at random after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be notified by the email address used to purchase the Women in Sport booklet online (or telephone where necessary where a telephone number has been provided) before 17 July 2026.

If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and select an alternative winner.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to the random selection of the Promotion winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this selection.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant with valid reason.  

In the event of circumstances beyond its control the Promoter may cancel the Promotion.
 
The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize to the Promotion winner unless such loss or damage was caused by the Promoter and which is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.  Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under Irish law.

By entering the Promotion Eligible Entrants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification. 

The winner may not offer for sale or exchange the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Prize and Promotion if this term is not complied with. 

All information provided is correct at the time of going live but may be subject to change by the Promoter if necessary for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

An Post is careful to treat the privacy of its customers with care and due regard to the laws of Ireland. The information, including personal data, which you submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by An Post to run the Promotion and to provide you with the Prize. This information will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise requested by you. Calls may be recorded for verification and training purposes. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
