We celebrate our colleagues whose actions and behaviours demonstrate our values as they go about their work every day.

Nominations
Anyone can nominate a colleague and share their Values in Practice (VIP) story. These stories are reviewed quarterly by the Management Board who select the strongest example of our values being practiced. 24 Values in Practice award winners (VIPs) are celebrated at our yearly An Post Employee Award, Values in Practice event.
