Stronger together: supporting mental health

We recognise the crucial role that mental health plays in the overall wellbeing of our employees and communities, which is why we are committed to creating a supportive and open environment for all. In 2024, we significantly advanced our efforts to support the mental health of our employees as we were certified as a “See Change” workplace, recognising our commitment to training managers and employees, opening up conversations about mental health, and providing support to our people.

Championing wellbeing

We recognise that a healthy, supported workforce is essential to fostering a positive and productive work environment. In 2024, we continued to support our employees through annual observation days, quarterly wellbeing bulletins, and Wellbeing Week, which culminated in the “Liffey Loop Walk” in aid of Aware. These initiatives complement our holistic approach to promoting a healthy, inclusive, and stigma-free work environment.
