We increased the percentage of senior management positions held by women in 2020 and reduced the road traffic accident rate.

Featured Story – Gender Equality

Our goal is to close the gender pay gap within An Post. In 2020, we published our second Gender Pay Gap report which demonstrated that we have narrowed the pay gap from 3.7% in 2019 to 1.41%.
