Missed delivery? Arrange Redelivery online

If you missed a delivery, use our online service to have your item redelivered anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.


To arrange Redelivery, provide:

  • Item details from your “Sorry we missed you” notice
  • Original delivery address
  • Preferred redelivery address (including alternatives like work or neighbour’s house)

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted. Redelivery is free and will be made as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Items cannot be redelivered to Parcel Lockers
  • No proof of delivery or tracking is provided
  • Only one redelivery request per item
  • If redelivery fails, item may be returned to sender
  • Service availability depends on the item and time since first delivery attempt
