Digital Strategy Program Project Executive

What’s the Job?

  • Working within the newly formed Digital function within An Post, this role will help drive strategic digital programs across a broad range of digital interfaces through An Post Group, including Mails & Parcels, Financial Services, Corporate and Government Services

  • Support the delivery of An Post Digital Transformation Strategy including co-developing project scope, deliverables, delivery and measures of success

  • Drive the eCommerce strategy to increase site transaction capability, user experience and conversion rate optimisation

  • Using data to effectively measure the success of digital activity across the An Post business

What to expect?

AnPost is rapidly changing and is actively embracing the new Digital future. Our Digital Transformation and Omnichannel strategy targets a broad demographic with new products and services across Financial Services, Mails & Parcels and Government services. You will help to improve our ability to leverage digital channels in order to drive brand perception, customer interactions and overall user experience.
Based in the iconic GPO in Dublin, you will be part of a team of 15 graduates recruited in An Post in 2019. While on the programme together, you will be based in separate parts of the organisation with distinct projects to work on.
