Set up your internet

Having trouble connecting to the internet on your phone?
Don’t worry!

If you’ve recently inserted your SIM into a new phone, you may need to adjust a few settings to access mobile data. It’s quick and easy!

Android phone (Samsung / Xiaomi)

1. Go to Settings
2. In Search type: Access Point Name 
3. Delete Existing APNs
4. Click “+” to add a new APN
5. In “Name” type “An Post Mobile”
6. In APN Type:  isp.postfone.ie
7. Save

iPhone

1. Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi
2. Use this link to Get Data Settings sent to your phone.after you enter your phone number
3. After completing the download, please go to your phone’s settings.  
4. Click “General”.
5. Click “Profile”.
6. Click “Install”. (You may be asked to enter your phones passcode)
