Terms & Conditions of ‘Joining in January’ €10 bonus credit
- The 'Joining in January’ €10 bonus credit offer is only available to new customers who have joined An Post Mobile during the period Jan 2nd to Jan 31st
- To be eligible to receive the €10 bonus credit you must join An Post Mobile as a new customer, by purchasing an An Post Mobile New Number €18 Unlimited SIM or switch your number by purchasing an An Post Keep Number SIM.
- When you complete your first €18 top up in February you will receive your €10 bonus credit, thereafter.
- The 'Joining in January €10 bonus credit’ will be added as ‘General Credit’ for usage not allowed within the €18 Unlimited Bundle.
- This offer is not available to existing customers.
- This offer can only be claimed once per mobile number.
- Any unused portion of the €10 unused will expire after 28 days.
- If you port your number out from An Post Mobile, you will lose any remaining credit.
Auto Top Up
With Auto Top Up, you’re much less likely to experience the frustration of running out of credit. You can easily set up your account so that your phone is automatically Topped Up on a day of your choosing. If you are on the €18 Unlimited plan, set your Top Up at €18.
If you are on the €15 Plan, set your Top Up at €15.
Topping Up over €18 will result in General Credit only being applied.

Access to 4G
All customers will have access to 4G. Access to 4G is strictly subject to a customer’s handset 4G capability, 4G network coverage and plan.
**Fair Use Policy - €18 Plan
In the Republic of Ireland: A Fair Use Policy of 120GB data, 3,000 minutes and 3,000 texts applies (for 31 days if on Auto Top-Up and for 28 days if on manual Top Up) for the period succeeding your top up.
Roaming in the EU (and UK): a fair use policy limit of 25GB data and 250 minutes and texts (for 31 days if on Auto Top-Up and for 28 days if on manual Top Up) for the period succeeding your top up.

You will be contacted by An Post Mobile if your usage exceeds our Fair usage policy. An Post Mobile reserves the right to charge customers who persist in using the Service where such usage has been deemed excessive or to suspend, at its absolute discretion, modify or restrict your use of the Service or to disconnect you from the An Post Mobile network.

Use of, and access to, the An Post Mobile Service (data, calls and texts) is strictly subject to you using our Service for your private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. You must not use the Services for commercial or fraudulent purposes. If An Post Mobile is of the opinion that your usage is contrary to these principles; for example, if your usage is excessive to the extent that it is negatively impacting the An Post Mobile Network or other users of the Network, or if your usage constitutes commercial or fraudulent use or is in breach of the law; An Post Mobile reserves the right to suspend, at its absolute discretion, modify or restrict use of the Service or to disconnect you from the An Post Mobile Network. An Post Mobile will make reasonable efforts to contact you before suspending or terminating the Service but An Post Mobile are not liable for any loss you may suffer through any suspension covered by this condition.
