What's the Job?

The projects you will be working on are linked to embracing digital innovation.

Key Areas of Focus

  1. End to End Procurement Solution - assisting on specification through collaboration with procurement team and management, testing and assisting with implementation.

  2. Update Procurement template and document management including updating Knowledge Hub on SharePoint with training, legislative and relevant documentation to provide one area of excellence for the procurement team.

  3. Optimising use of E-Tenders and implementing updates required. The platform is due to be updated in 2023. This involves ensuring users have appropriate access, identifying any changes and communication/training to procurement team; ongoing system updates to ensure best use of functionality and efficiency of the platform.

  4. Represent An Post Procurement and work with Office of Government Procurement, and others, on the training and implementation of new tendering platform.

Who Are We Looking For?

You will be familiar with continuous improvement methodology, project management, , transformation and change management. You will also have knowledge and/or experience in the use of Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel.

Ideally you will have a qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, however, a degree in other business related areas will also be considered.

What To Expect?

Based in Dublin, you will be part of a team of up to 16 Graduates recruited in An Post in 2023. While on the programme together, you will be based in separate parts of the organisation with distinct projects to work on.
