Function: An Post Corporate Centre – Brand

What’s the Job?

Working together to wow our customers is a core Shaping our World behaviour. The Brand team are the internal An Post customer agitators. This role will have an honoured place among the agitators because “nothing is more terrible than activity without insight.” You will work across insight, marketing communications and sponsorship.

Key Areas of Focus

  1. Insights & Research - working with the Insights Team to build and manage the An Post research programme to deliver a flow of customer insights that provides actionable insight for business advantage.
  2. Planning - working with the Insights & Research Manager to build and manage the marketing planning process.
  3. Communications – working with the Marketing Communications and Content Manager to deliver a pipeline of social content that drives business initiatives and enhances brand reputation.

Who Are We Looking For?

Someone who is fascinated with insight and demonstrates a dedication to revealing insight through their work. Eager to talk to graduates of social sciences with an interest in individual and group consumer behaviour and motivation alongside graduates with BBS/B.Comm.

What To Expect?

Based in Dublin, you will be part of a team of up to 12 Graduates recruited in An Post in 2023. While on the programme together, you will be based in separate parts of the organisation with distinct projects to work on.
