Marketing Executive – An Post Commerce

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager this role will support improved customer communications regarding an post products and services.
This is a 12-month contract.


The principal responsibilities associated with the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and rollout business updates across all internal and external touchpoints.

  • Work alongside the product team to ensure changes are implemented and communicated to all internal and external audiences.

  • Execute marketing campaigns aligned to Mails and Parcels marketing plans.

  • Develop and deliver content that supports messaging to business and consumer audiences. 

  • Communicate and position An Post Commerce across all segments for business.

  • Support marketing team in developing and rolling out various projects and campaigns.

  • Support Marketing and Sales team in the creation and execution of customer acquisition events.

  • Compose, manage and update online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.

  • Working with the Product Team ensure all products and services are effectively represented and communicated through internal and external communications.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills required

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role (e.g. marketing, digital, media agency) for a minimum of 2 years. You are driven for continuous improvement and recognise that problems are items that can be solved and overcome.  You will be a customer advocate in all that you do.  You have the interpersonal skills to build/maintain excellent relationships across multiple business functions, and excellent time management skills and prioritisation ability. 
The ability to plan, work and meet tight deadlines in a changing business environment is important as no two days are the same in this role.
