Missed delivery? Arrange Redelivery online
If you missed a delivery, use our online service to have your item redelivered anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
To request a Redelivery
To arrange Redelivery, provide:
- Item details from your “Sorry we missed you” notice
- Original delivery address
- Preferred redelivery address (including alternatives like work or neighbour’s house)
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted. Redelivery is free and will be made as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Items cannot be redelivered to Parcel Lockers
- No proof of delivery or tracking is provided
- Only one redelivery request per item
- If redelivery fails, item may be returned to sender
- Service availability depends on the item and time since first delivery attempt
