Christmas Last Postal Dates 2025+

Millions of people all over the world are using post to send Christmas letters and parcels to loved ones. While these are the last dates of posting, this year is like no other and we advise customers to post early.

The latest posting dates to ensure delivery before Christmas. 
  

Peak delivery update

This Christmas trading period is going to be busier than ever for ecommerce deliveries.

Our commitment is always to continue to support our customers. We also recognise that some ecommerce businesses do not have delivery options this Christmas. We are here for business and want to help customers trade at such an important time of year.

For ecommerce businesses without a delivery partner this peak season, SME customers are welcome to resume An Post accounts or use An Post’s Advantage Card. Advantage Card labels can be purchased online or in a post office, and deliveries can be dropped off in any post office.

Our priority this Christmas is our customers and our employees, doing our utmost to ensure we deliver a great nationwide service as we manage unprecedented volumes.

*To enable us to deliver on our priorities, we are amending our last date of posting for parcels for delivery before Christmas within Ireland and to the UK, to Tuesday, December 16^th, just 3 days earlier than planned.

To have your PostAim mailing land before December 23, ensure your mailing is presented to the Mail Centre on December 4, before 12 noon.
