Post Offices to Close for One Hour on Wednesday Lunchtime
This Wednesday 6th June main Post Offices across the country will close for one hour between 1.00pm and 2.00pm due to members of the An Post Group of Unions taking part in an EU-wide protest against the forthcoming Liberalisation of the postal market.
An Post regrets the inconvenience caused to our customers as a result of this action and advise that counter services will resume as normal from 2.00pm on Wednesday.
