An Post Money Currency Card services operating as normal

An Post Money Currency Card services have resumed and customers can once again use their currency cards to make safe and secure payments and top-ups. Online and An Post Money Currency Card App services are also back operating as normal and applications for new currency cards are being processed.

An Post 2019 Results show 3rd year of profit and revenue growth as business transformation delivered
  • Operating profit (on a like-for-like comparison) €39m in 2019 vs €27m in 2018 (+40%)
  • Like-for-like Revenue €888m (+2%)
  • Group Profit before taxation €66m (+147%) including profit on sale of One4All GVS business
  • 3-year transformation sees €150m turnaround 
  • Balance sheet strengthened, €143m cash at 2019 year-end
  • COVID-19 to have material adverse impact on mail volumes, partially offset by parcels growth

Customer Notice - Disruption to Naas Deliveries

An Post regrets to inform customers whose post is delivered from Naas Delivery Services Unit that for operational reasons there will be no deliveries of mail or parcels in Naas or surrounding areas today (Monday, 23rd March, 2020). 
As Naas Delivery Unit will remain closed today, mails and parcel collections (from the Unit) are also suspended temporarily. 
We apologise for this inconvenience and we wish to assure customers that services will resume as quickly as possible. 
Areas affected include the localities of Sallins, Clane, Blessington, Kilteel, Rathmore, Eadestown, Kill, Johnstown, Twomilehouse, Caragh, Prosperous, Allenwood and Robertstown.
