Post office opening times, Mails delivery and collections.

When will the Post Office be open at Easter? 

Your local Post Office is

• Open on Thursday, March 29

• Closed on Good Friday, March 30 

• Open on Saturday, March 31 (normal Saturday opening hours) 

• Closed on Easter Monday, April 2 

• Open on Tuesday, April 3

When will Department of Social Protection Payments be paid over Easter?  

 

Will I get a collection or delivery of mail? 

Customers are advised that nationwide universal postal delivery services will not be provided on any Good Friday with the exception of full deliveries to Dublin Districts 1 - 24, Balbriggan, Blackrock, Dunshaughlin, Fonthill (Lucan), Glenageary (Dun Laoghaire), Swords-Malahide and part deliveries to the areas listed below. 

Customers are also advised that nationwide universal postal service collections will not be provided on any Good Friday with the exception of the areas listed below.
