Terms and Conditions:
Plan includes 50GB 4G Data, 500 Minutes to any network and 100 Minutes & 100 Texts to other An Post Mobile customers.
- Requires €12.99 top up every 28 days. A top up must be of the value of €12.99 or above in one transaction.
- If you do not top up by €12.99 once every 28 days this plan will be cancelled.
- Any top up exceeding €12.99 will be added to General Credit, for usage not allowed within the bundle. For example, if you top up by €15 €12.99 will cover this plan, the additional €2.01 will remain on your General Credit and will not expire.
- €12.99 plan is only available to new customers joining An Post Mobile’s network.
- This plan is a limited offer and is only available from 17 January 2024 until 16 March 2024.
- This plan is offered at €12.99 ‘For Life’, as long as you stay on this plan on An Post Mobile and adhere to these Terms and Conditions you will not be charged any extra due to a price increase to the plan.
- If you move off the €12.99 plan, it will not be possible to return to this plan at the €12.99 price.

Auto Top up
Top up required every 28 days to re-activate your plan. You may set up Auto Top-Up for 31-day allowance. Auto Top up is not available for top up values less than €15. If you set your Auto Top up for €15 it will activate your €12.99 plan and you will receive €2.01 in General Credit for usage not allowed within the bundle. General Credit does not expire.
If you prefer the comfort of having unlimited data, calls and texts, then you can opt for the Totally Unlimited Plan (unlimited 4G data, calls and texts) for just €18 per month.

Access to 4G
All customers will have access to 4G. Access to 4G is strictly subject to a customer’s handset 4G capability, 4G network coverage and plan.
**Fair Use policy €12.99 Plan
In the Republic of Ireland, a fair usage threshold of 50GB 4G Data, 500 any network minutes and 100 minutes & 100 texts to An Post Mobile customers, applies for a period succeeding your top up; 31 days if on auto top-up or 28 days if on manual top up.
Roaming in the EU (and UK): a fair usage policy limit of 25GB data and 250 minutes and texts applies for a period of 28 days succeeding your top up. If you need to contact Customer Care on 0818 789 789. When abroad call +353 17057700.
An Post Mobile services usage conditions
Use of, and access to, the An Post Mobile service (data, calls and texts) is strictly subject to you using our service for your private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. You must not use the services for commercial or fraudulent purposes. If An Post Mobile is of the opinion that your usage is contrary to these principles; for example if your usage is excessive to the extent that it is negatively impacting the An Post Mobile Network or other users of the network, or if your usage constitutes commercial or fraudulent use or is in breach of the law; An Post Mobile reserves the right to suspend, with valid reason, modify or restrict use of the service or to disconnect you from the An Post Mobile Network. An Post Mobile will make reasonable efforts to contact you before suspending or terminating the Service. An Post Mobile accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this plan unless such loss or damage was caused by An Post Mobile and which is a foreseeable result of An Post Mobile’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.
