Appointments to the Board of An Post

The Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications is seeking to appoint three suitably qualified candidates to the Board of An Post.

Candidates must demonstrate in their application evidence of experience, under one of the following areas, Accountancy/Finance, Regulatory/Risk/Compliance and/or Sustainability.

Also desirable is strategic leadership experience at a senior management level (ideally including at board level) in large complex organisations; experience in digital transformation and innovation, an understanding of good corporate governance practices and industry experience in either of An Post’s the two main business areas, Retail – Government Services, Financial Services; or eCommerce – Mails and Parcels.
