Here are the steps to setting up your eCommerce Hub account:

1. Sign the DPA and return to your account manager
2. You will receive an email asking you to set your password for your new username. Once this is set, you will be able to log in.
3. If you are an admin, you can manage and create other users on your account. Please see our help articles for a guide on how to do this.
4. Your services will be active on your account and there are rules set up already to allocate them where appropriate, so you are now ready to start producing labels.
5. If you need help on how to import your orders or print your labels, we have video guides and detailed written guides below.

You can reset your password here. Just input your email address linked to your username and click “Reset my password”. You will get an email with a link to reset your password.

Before importing your CSV please ensure you have the following customs required fields;

• Your UK VAT Number
• EORI
• Reason For Export
• Harmonisation code
• Country of origin

A CN23 form is required for all exports into the UK.  Parcels without a CN23 form risk return, delay or being destroyed. The CN23 form will be automatically generated for you through eCommerce Hub so you don’t have to worry – this makes you compliant with UK customs requirements.  An Post is not responsible for the content of the data you provide for the purposes of AED and/or CN23.

Yes. Your eCommerce Hub will create the CN23 form and parcel label information needed for customs processes.

Former Autolynk users can use their existing printer for Delivery Hub to print labels in 4x6 size. Both the CN23 and label will come out of this printer.

Tracking is available for all labels produced using eCommerce Hub.  

• Once you have generated your manifest, your items will automatically move from the ‘Ready to Ship’ section, to the ‘Track’ section on the left hand side of your dashboard
• Select the order number to see an overview for the item
• Select the consignment number to be brought to our track and trace page for tracking details 

Note: International Tracking is subject to the level of information provided by the last mile carrier, all information available will be shared. 
 

The manifest sends the electronic data (IFTMIN File) to An Post Commerce so that your parcels can be sorted correctly, and the relevant data will be forwarded to the Office of the Revenue Commissioners for customs processing. 

Manifesting orders at the end of the day with in eCommerce can be done manually each day via the ‘Ready to Ship’ section or more commonly can be automatic.

Shipping cost refers to what the end consumer has paid your business for delivery, it is not the cost you have paid An Post Commerce for shipping. Customs authorities in some countries take this into account for customs purposes.
