Your cards or envelopes should be:
A minimum of 90mm x 140mm

A maximum 305mm x 381mm x 20mm (depth)

Maximum weight allowable is 50g per item worldwide

If you need to send heavier items, contact your Account Manager. Large items, weighing up to 2kg, can be accepted for the IBRS service for the following countries only:

Denmark

France

Hungary

Germany (1kg and depth of 50mm only)

Latvia

Luxembourg

Netherlands

Norway

Items with the following dimensions are also classed as large or bulky:

Envelopes

Minimum surface of at least 90mm x 140mm

Maximum length, width and depth combined of 900mm, with no one dimension exceeding 600mm

Packets

Minimum of 100mm x 70mm x 25mm (depth)

Maximum length, width and depth combined of 900mm, with no one dimension exceeding 600mm

Items in roll form

Minimum length plus twice the diameter of 170mm but the greatest dimension must be at least 100mm

Maximum length plus twice the diameter of 1040mm but the greatest dimension may not exceed 900mm

Your printer or designer should use the following specifications for your design:

The layout should include two horizontal lines which must be at least 3mm wide, 80mm in length and 15mm apart from their inside edges and 15mm from the right edge of the item

The words REPONSE PAYEE/RESPONSE PAID and IRLANDE/IRELAND must be shown on two lines between the horizontal lines, in capital letters and not less than 4mm in height

The address of the IBRS licensee must be printed below the two horizontal lines and must include the name and full postal address of the licensee with RESPONSE PAID before the post town line and IRELAND in block capitals

The No Stamp Required indicator must appear approximately 5mm from the top right-hand edge of the item in an outlined box

An airmail label stating By Airmail and Par Avion should appear in the top left-hand corner, below which should appear the words IBRS/CCRI followed by your license number

All printing must be in a dark colour and should have a white or shaded background with dark blue or black preferred
