How it works

  1. Download and complete the application form (PDF, 22.9KB).
  2. Return the application form to your Account Manager
  3. Your account will be set up with details of the services you register to use
  4. You will get your login details from your Account Manager
  5. Login to eDocketing and enter the details of your mailing
  6. Print a copy of the docket to send with your mailing
  7. When your mail is collected give the docket to the driver
  8. Your postal docket will have a barcode and reference number which will be scanned when it arrives into the mail acceptance office
