Your next steps
Once your application has been approved in principle, you need to take the following steps so we can finalise your new loan:
- Upload your supporting documents
- Set up a loan repayment direct debit
- Review and sign your loan contract
Upload your supporting documents
We will send you an email with a link to our document hub. To log in, you will be asked to enter your date of birth and application number. Then you can upload the documents you need to supply to confirm your identity, address and income.
The easiest way to send us your documents is to take a photo of them using a smartphone, then select and upload them. You may be able to save and load documents, such as bank statements, in PDF format.
Please make you supply a clear, colour photo of all documents and that all four corners of your identity documents are visible.
Set up a loan repayment direct debit
If you have applied for a loan and submitted your documents, you will receive an email asking you to set up a direct debit to repay it. To do this, you will need your BIC and IBAN for your bank account.
Review and sign your loan contract
Next, you must review and accept your loan contract. If you are happy with the terms outlined in the credit agreement, click ‘I have read and accept the terms and conditions’. This is your electronic signature and once you click ‘Confirm’ this will finalise your new loan.
Your loan amount is on the way and will be with you shortly. A copy of your credit agreement will be emailed to you separately.
