Dublin Horse Show Terms and Conditions 

  1. By participating in this promotion you, the customer of An Post’s Money Current Account, agree to the terms and conditions below.
    In these terms and conditions:
    “An Post” means An Post having its registered office at GPO, O’Connell Street Dublin 1;
    "Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show" means the Dublin Horse Show Event which takes place in the Royal Dublin Society (RDS), Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland, between 07 – 11 August 2019; 
    "Royal Dublin Society (RDS)" means the Dublin Horse Show event organisers of Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland; 
    "Ticketmaster" means Ticketline trading as Ticketmaster (incorporated in the Republic of Ireland, company number: 135876) registered address: Grafton House, 70 Grafton Street, Dublin 2. 
  2. To avail of the offer you must contract with the RDS for a Family General Admission Ticket (2 adults and 4 Children aged 4-16) on www.ticketmaster.ie/dhsanpost before 5pm on the 26 July 2019.  Tickets booked online can be collected at the box office or posted (if booked in advance before an appropriate amount of time).
  3. The half price family general admission ticket is NOT available to purchase on Friday 9 August.
  4. To avail of the Voucher offer you must contract with the RDS for a Family General Admission Ticket on www.ticketmaster.ie/dhsanpost   before 5pm on the 18 July 2016. Tickets booked online can be collected at the box office or posted (if booked in advance before an appropriate amount of time).
  5.  A 12.5% Ticketmaster Fee is applicable when booking your Family General Admission Ticket. Laser, Visa or Mastercard are accepted for payment of tickets on the Dublin Horse Show ticketing system.
  6. Neither An Post or the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) or Ticketmaster is liable for the replacement of any lost, damaged or stolen tickets.
  7. Due to site restrictions and crowd control issues, this offer is subject to limited availability. An Post customers should pre-book as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. In the event that all half price family general admission tickets have been sold, neither An Post, nor the Royal Dublin Society nor Ticketmaster is liable or responsible for any and all loss, damage, expense or disappointment suffered due to such non-availability.
  8. Your attendance at the Dublin Horse Show is governed by your contract with the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) and any applicable rules or regulations. An Post and Ticketmaster have no responsibility for any delays, cancellations or otherwise in connection with your attendance at the event.
  9. Limitation on An Post's Liability 
    By availing of the offer you acknowledge that the contract for this offer is promotion is between you and the Dublin Horse Show only and that An Post has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to oversights or delays or failures in the provision of the offer or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the offer. In the unlikely event that you encounter any service issues please inform the Royal Dublin Society RDS Organisers at 01 6680866 so that every opportunity is given to rectify any issues.

  11. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
