There are three simple steps:
Visit mybills.ie and enter your personal details, including your name, postal and email address
Choose a password and password hint in case you forget your password
Set up a biller, using your account name and number and a payment method
Review your details
After registration you will have to wait until your receive your PIN in the post before you can make a payment using a registered payment method.
If you make a payment from Monday through to Thursday, it will be with the biller on the next working day. Payments made on Friday or over the weekend will be with the biller on Monday, or Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday.
Contact the Helpdesk at mybills.ie on 1890 61 71 71 to request a new PIN. Lines are open from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We will send the new PIN to your mybills.ie registered address.
If you forget your password you can use the forgotten password link, which asks you to enter your mybills.ie username. We will then send your password hint to your email address. If you still cannot remember your password, contact the helpdesk at 1890 61 71 71.
No, we currently accept only debit cards and payment made through your bank account. You can set up a maximum of two cards.
