Get grants for up to 40% of costs

Upgrade your home to an energy rating of B2 or higher by October 15, 2021 and you could get extra grant funding from SEAI! Your home must be built before 2006 and have an energy rating of C3 or lower.

Green Loan Checklist

 

  • ​You will need to provide proof that over 50% of the loan value was used to complete works availing of SEAI Home Energy Grant(s).
  • The SEAI Declaration of Works document will be required to finalise your loan.
