From the Definitive Issue 'Art on a Stamp' Phase II, a booklet of 10 self-adhesive Rest of the World stamps with 'W' denomination

Any stamps bearing the 'W' denomination will represent the 'Rest of the World' postage rate of the day. In the event of a price change to the 'Rest of the World' rate, 'W' denomination stamps will be automatically re-valued to the new rate.  

The Rest of the World Stamp Pack covers postage for letters and postcards to destinations in Zones 4 and 5.
