What’s the Job?

  • Actively participate in the review and redesign of HR process and procedures through individual and group user interviews to ensure they are fit for purpose and consistent with Data Protection requirements.

  • Facilitate and support the recruitment and selection process

  • Learn and provide support in the effective application of documented and agreed HR Policies and Procedures related to Discipline, Grievance and Bullying & Harassment.

  • Build a listing/picture of all educational course supports available nationwide allowing us to create an educational support proposal and company policy for review and approval.

Who are we looking for?
BA Human Resources/Business Studies with HR specialism or equivalent
What to expect?
The HR team is supporting the implementation of An Posts business strategy as it positions itself to provide key services to support the emerging e-economy.  You’ll get to work in a dynamic team with exposure across all of the businesses learning both strategic and tactical HR.
Based in the iconic GPO in Dublin, you will be part of a team of 15 graduates recruited in An Post in 2019. While on the programme together, you will be based in separate parts of the organisation with distinct projects to work on.
