Function: An Post Corporate Centre – Transformation
What’s the Job?
The An Post Transformation Team was established to support the company’s transformation strategy and objectives to deliver a sustainable and profitable business in the digital world. As the company is continuing to undertake and implement transformation initiatives to meet this strategy, the core role of the Transformation Team is to support the business, their change needs and enable the delivery of successful transformation programmes and projects throughout the business.
The role of the Project Executive will be to support the Transformation Team to deliver key initiatives, programmes and projects across the Corporate Centre to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of service offerings (by reviewing processes, systems and people). This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and impact the future success of the business transformation agenda.
Key Areas of Focus

Introduction to the fundamentals of transformation project management and supporting the Transformation Team to deliver key transformation initiatives/areas of focus.

Work with business stakeholders throughout respective/required stages of project lifecycles to deliver transformation and/or priority initiatives i.e. from discovery > design > implementation.

Support teams to review and optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, systems and structures (operating models) in place.

Be an ambassador for continuous improvement and idea generation in the business.
Who Are We Looking For?
You will be familiar with or have experience of transformation and change management, continuous improvement methodology, project management, data analytics, business analytics, process mapping, lean principles, documenting project outputs and requirements.
You will have a degree and/or masters in any of the following disciplines:
- Business management (Bachelor of Business)
- Change management
- Organizational change and transformation
- Data analytics
- Business information systems
- Computer science
- Project management
What To Expect?
Based in Dublin, you will be part of a team of up to 16 Graduates recruited in An Post in 2023. While on the programme together, you will be based in separate parts of the organisation with distinct projects to work on.
