What’s the Job?

  • Leveraging digital technology to more effectively market An Post Money services to core bulls-eye customer, helping to drive efficiency and reduce cost to acquire and increase customer acquisition

  • Leverage social media and digital technology to take cost out of the business by leveraging lower cost to serve digital channels (eg social media/webchat) rather than traditional, higher cost channels (telephone)

  • Using data to effectively measure the success of digital marketing activity across a range of digital marketing channels

What to expect?

With over 1.7m footfall per week, the strategy in our re-imagined Post Office is to drive customer visits and appeal to broader demographics with new products and services in the Financial Services arena.  You will help to improve the ability to leverage digital channels in order to market to customers and increase acquisition.  
Based in the iconic GPO in Dublin, you will be part of a team of 15 graduates recruited in An Post in 2019. While on the programme together, you will be based in separate parts of the organisation with distinct projects to work on.
