What’s the Job?
Assessing how we can build skills and tools to maintain our position in the changing world of communications and corporate affairs
Investigate how we can develop to ensure maximum impact with our key audiences
Measure the impact of current Internal Communications platforms and identify new channels of communicating with staff to support deeper Employee Engagement and advocacy
Assess how stamp products can be segmented towards new audiences
Future-cast topics in the timeframe between stamp design approval, production and market launch
Support growth in stamp sales and increase awareness of the annual stamp programme
Who are we looking for?
BA in Communications, Business, PR, Marketing or Arts
What to expect?
In this role you will be working in a real-time context, helping us to identify what resources and training is required to stay ahead of the rapidly changing world of Communications. You will also support the expanding press office, internal and corporate communications requirements of both the Mails & Parcels and our Retail businesses. You will be supporting company re-branding, new brand hubs, change management and employee engagement initiatives. You will be part of a team of 15 graduates recruited in An Post in 2019. While on the programme together, you will be based in separate parts of the organisation with distinct projects to work on.
