Temporary Clerical Positions Dublin
An Post is currently establishing a panel to fill temporary clerical positions in Dublin, including immediate and temporary summer positions.
About these roles:
The work, based in the GPO and at other Dublin locations, will involve a range of clerical, administrative and customer support duties with the following An Post teams:
- Customer Services
- Central Operations
- Corporate Centre
- Retail Offices
Attendance on full time contracts is for 37.5 hours per week over five days with a range of starting and finishing times from 7.30am to 8.00pm.
Rate of Pay: €460.42 per week
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Ideally candidates will:
- have clerical support or customer service experience or retail experience
- be enthusiastic and committed individuals with good organisational skills
- be flexible, efficient and effective in their work practices
- have good communication skills (written and verbal)
- demonstrate their ability to pay attention to detail
- be comfortable working as part of a team
- have PC skills, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
