About the role
Reporting to your line Manager, successful candidates will work as part of a team. The work will involve a range of clerical, administration and customer support duties.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Ideally candidates will have:
- Relevant work experience, either in an office or other customer focused environment
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills and be committed to delivering a high standard of service quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability to work on their own initiative and to be well motivated with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible attitude and approach to work.
- Customer & quality focused
- Communications /Interpersonal skills
Hours of Attendance
Clerical employees have a 37.5 hour, five-day week attendance liability Monday to Friday.
