The Job

An Post is one of the most recognised and trusted brands in Ireland and our Retail Business continues to diversify and grow through our financial and retail services for our customers, both online and in person.

You will work as part of a team delivering An Post Services in a role which incorporates Customer Services, Retail Sales and Financial Services, under the leadership of the Retail Branch Office Manager.

You will have a 37.5 hour week spread over 5 days, Monday to Saturday.  Our Retail Branch Offices across the Dublin area are located at St Andrew Street, Blanchardstown Town Centre, Dun Laoghaire, GPO, Phibsborough, Rathmines and The Square Tallaght.


You will be passionate about serving our customers and committed to continuously delivering high service quality.  You will have a strong sales focus and an appreciation for ensuring customer satisfaction through every engagement with you.

You thrive in a team setting working to office sales targets and you will have well developed and clear communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible attitude and approach to work is required, as our opening hours spread from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm and while you may generally be assigned to one office, movement to other offices will arise from time to time.

Previous teller experience and the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy in handling customers’ transaction and balancing accounts would be beneficial.
