Privacy Notice - The An Post Money Currency Card New York Trip Promotion 2022

The following Data Privacy provisions apply to the above promotion.

  1. An Post is the Data Controller
  2. The Lawful Basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of An Post
  3. Everyone who tops up their currency card by €250 or more is automatically entered into the competition.
  4. You can opt out of the promotion by emailing prepaidmgmt_legal@mastercard.com from your registered email address with your name and last four digits of your card number.
  5. Your data will only be used for the purpose of the promotion and for no other purpose. It will not be shared with anyone else.
  6. When the winner is drawn the winner’s personal data will be sent to the travel company who will then process that data in order for the winner to claim their prize.
  7. The data will only be retained until the winner has accepted the prize.  The rest of the data will then be destroyed.
