Terms and Conditions of the €30 for €30 Offer
1. In these terms and conditions:
“An Post” means An Post having its registered office at GPO, O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2;
“Current Account” means An Post Smart Account
“Promotion” means this An Post Current Account Account Promotion the terms and conditions of which are set out below.
“Promotional Period" means 2 January 2019 to 31st March 2019 (inclusive)
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must (a) open a Current Account during the Promotional Period and (b) make a lodgement of €30 or more in a single transaction to this account either in the month of account opening or in the month following account opening. (Eligible Lodgement)
Terms and conditions of the An Post Smart Account.
To be eligible to receive the €30 as part of the Promotion, you must comply with the conditions of section 2 above. Payment of the €30 will be made on the last working day of the month following the month in which the Eligible Lodgement was made. For example if you open an account in January and you make an Eligible Lodgement in February the €30 will be lodged to your Current Account on the last working day of March. Payment will be by way of lodgement to your An Post Current Account

Customers are entitled to only one promotional payment of €30.00
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
An Post reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time during the Promotional Period.
An Post is authorised by the Minister for Finance to provide payment services and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland in the provision of such services.
