€15 Plan Terms

Auto Top-Up €15 for 31 days unlimited allowance.

Plan includes 25GB 4G Data, Unlimited Calls & Texts**

  1. Requires €15 top up every 31 days if on Auto Top-up (every 28 days if on manual Top Up).

  2. No Contracts apply. You can cancel anytime. 

Fair Usage policy applies to Data, Calls and Texts (25GB 4G Data, 3000 Minutes and Texts - see details below)**

First Month Free Offer Terms

  • This promotion can only be applied twice in a 28 day period.
  • 'First Month Free' offer can only be claimed once per mobile number.

  • If you port your number out from An Post Mobile you will lose any remaining credit.

  • If you port your number out from An Post Mobile and then back in to An Post Mobile the 'First Month Free' offer will not apply. 

Auto Top Up

With Auto Top Up, you’re much less likely to experience the frustration of running out of credit.  You can easily set up your account so that your phone is automatically Topped Up on a day of your choosing.

If you are currently on the €15 Plan, set your Top Up at €15.

If you prefer the comfort of having unlimited data, calls and texts, then you can opt for the Totally Unlimited Plan (unlimited 4G data, calls and texts) for just €18 per month. Simply set your Auto Top Up at €18.

Access to 4G 

All customers will have access to 4G. Access to 4G is strictly subject to a customer’s handset 4G capability, 4G network coverage and plan. 

**Fair Use policy €15 Plan

In the Republic of Ireland: A fair use policy limit of 25GB data, 3,000 minutes and 3,000 texts applies for a period of 31 days succeeding your top up if on Auto Top-Up (or 28 day if on manual Top Up),

Roaming in the EU (and UK): a fair usage policy limit of 25GB data and 250 minutes and texts applies for a period of 31 days succeeding your top up if on Auto Top-Up (or 28 day if on manual Top Up).  If you need to contact Customer Care on 0818 789 789. When abroad call +353 17057700. 
 
You will be contacted by An Post Mobile if your usage exceeds our Fair usage policy. An Post Mobile reserves the right to charge customers who persist in using the Service where such usage has been deemed excessive or to suspend, at its absolute discretion, modify or restrict your use of the Service or to disconnect you from the An Post Mobile network.

Use of, and access to, the An Post Mobile Service (data, calls and texts) is strictly subject to you using our Service for your private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. You must not use the Services for commercial or fraudulent purposes.  If An Post Mobile is of the opinion that your usage is contrary to these principles; for example if your usage is excessive to the extent that it is negatively impacting the An Post Mobile Network or other users of the Network, or if your usage constitutes commercial or fraudulent use or is in breach of the law; An Post Mobile reserves the right to suspend, at its absolute discretion, modify or restrict use of the Service or to disconnect you from the An Post Mobile Network. An Post Mobile will make reasonable efforts to contact you before suspending or terminating the Service but An Post Mobile are not liable for any loss you may suffer through any suspension covered by this condition.

The above T&Cs must be read in conjunction with the An Post Mobile General Terms and Conditions and form part of those conditions.
